It's not easy to sit and create a story while ignoring distractions, a messy house, conversations inside the home, food, and my biggest distraction: cutting my split ends. Haha!

Since October 31 of 2017, I've dealt with chronic pain. With its sudden onset and absence of a sudden exit, I've had to learn how to live with it every single day. My entire life changed in one moment and it's never been the same since. Everything that I had simply done daily, became a challenge, including finishing my book. Chronic pain has been the hardest thing that I've ever gone through in my life. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for Jesus. One day at a time...
